- Sessions are intended for self-awareness, self-empowerment, and conscious living, not for clinical outcomes.

- All content, methods, frameworks (including The Reset Code), materials, and recordings shared are the intellectual property of Anil Chandwani.

- Participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants when shared during group sessions or events.
- You voluntarily participate and fully accept all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation.
- You release and indemnify Anil Chandwani, The Reset Code, and any associated team members from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- All session and course fees are due prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be shared at the time of booking.
- Refunds are not guaranteed once the session or program has commenced, except in cases of unavoidable personal or medical emergency, at Anil Chandwani’s sole discretion.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
- Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
- Participation indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to this entire Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
- No verbal or other representations will modify this agreement unless made in writing and signed by Anil Chandwani.
