Frequently Asked Questions

Real questions, answered plainly — the ones people ask most often before they start.
What is The Reset Code? +
The Reset Code is a method for changing the patterns that run your life from underneath — not just understanding them. It works through four stages: Regulate, Release, Rewire, Realign. Using breathwork, hypnosis, guided emotional release, and OSHO Active Meditations, it changes how your nervous system responds, not just what your mind knows. The result isn't a new personality. It's you, without the patterns in the way.
Who is Anil Chandwani? +
Anil Chandwani is the creator of The Reset Code. His approach draws on more than twenty years of immersion in OSHO Active Meditations, alongside hypnosis, breathwork, and nervous system science, applied through decades of work with individuals and leaders across more than twenty countries. He works primarily with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders whose outer success hasn't resolved what's happening inside them.
Who is The Reset Code for? +
It's for people who are functioning well on the outside and know something isn't settled underneath — patterns that keep repeating, reactions bigger than the moment, a stress response that never fully switches off. It's built for founders, CEOs, senior leaders, and serious seekers who've already done real personal work and want it to finally land in how they actually live, lead, and relate.
How is this different from therapy, coaching, or wellness practices? +
Therapy typically diagnoses and treats psychological conditions. Coaching focuses on goals, performance, and mindset. Wellness practices tend to focus on relaxation and stress relief. The Reset Code sits apart from all three: it works directly with the nervous system and subconscious patterns to create change your body can hold, not just relief or insight. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical treatment, and it is not built around motivation or generic self-improvement — it's a structured method for people who already function well and want what's underneath that functioning to actually change.
Do I need to revisit painful or traumatic memories? +
No. The work does not require you to relive or repeatedly revisit painful memories, and it's adapted to your pace. The Reset Code works with your body, breath, and present-moment patterns — not by making you retell your story, but by changing how your system responds to it now.
How does The Reset Code create change? +
By working the body before the mind. Most approaches try to think their way to different behaviour. The Reset Code starts by calming your nervous system so it's no longer bracing, then uses breath, hypnosis, and guided release to shift the pattern underneath. Only once that's happened does new thinking and new behaviour become natural instead of forced.
What role does hypnosis play? +
Hypnosis gives direct access to the unconscious patterns driving your reactions, habits, and self-image — the layer conscious effort alone rarely reaches. In The Reset Code it's used precisely, on a specific pattern, not as general relaxation.
What are OSHO Active Meditations? +
OSHO Active Meditations use breath, movement, sound, and stillness — in that order — to work through tension the mind can't reach on its own. They're a practical technique, not a religious or belief-based practice, and no experience is required.
What can I expect after a Reset Code experience? +
Most people notice it first in small, specific ways — sleeping deeper, recovering faster from a hard conversation, catching themselves mid-pattern instead of after. Over time, that adds up to fewer reactions running the show and more decisions made from clarity instead of habit. The aim isn't to become someone new — it's to stop being run by the old code.
If your question is not here, ask it on the call. Nothing is too basic.
Still deciding?

The honest answer usually comes from a conversation.

A discovery call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We look at what keeps repeating and whether this work is right for you.
