The Price Tag
On-screen text: When did your net worth become your self-worth?
You were taught that money means safety. So you chased it. You even got good at it. But somewhere along the way, the number became you. A good year and you feel great. And not so good year and you feel afraid.
Not afraid that you'll be poor. Afraid that you're nothing without your money.
But your worth was always there, way before the first paycheck or the balance in the bank.
So the question is: What would be your worth if you lost it all tomorrow?
The Inheritance
On-screen text: You don't just inherit their looks. You inherit their patterns.
Think about the way you respond when things go wrong. The way you handle money, the way you need to be in control, the way you shrink when someone raises their voice. Where do you think all this came from?
We don't just inherit our parents' eyes and skin color. We inherit their fears, their definitions of success, their unfinished emotional business. None of it was a decision. It was handed to you long before you could question it.
The work isn't blame. They did the best they could with what they were given. The work is recognition. Because what was handed to you can be put down, can be unlearned.
So here's the question: Which pattern in your life, especially the ones that keep recurring, could be inherited or not yours?
The Room
On-screen text: Why do high achievers burn out?
There is a room inside you that you haven't visited in a long time. Not because you forgot it. Because you've been too busy to stop.
High achievers don't burn out from working too hard. They burn out from losing contact with themselves.
When did you last go inward?
The Achiever Who Never Felt It
On-screen text: He hit every goal. Felt nothing.
A professional came to see me last year. Hit every target he ever set. Sold his company, made a ton of money, and felt nothing. Not relief. Not joy. Just on to the next goal, ready to achieve something more.
So we didn't start with the next goal. We went back to the moment he first learned it: I'm only worth something when I achieve it, when I achieve something.
He was seven, bringing home a report card and waiting to see if it was enough to hear those words that he never got. He never heard.
No one ever told him he was worth something without his results, without his work.
Last week, he sat still during our meditation holiday. And for the first time, gentle tears rolled down his eyes.

Pick one practice and stay with it for a week rather than trying everything once.
Notice what changes in your body and daily life — not just in your thoughts.
Use a guided session before big days, difficult conversations, or when you feel the old code pulling hard.
Let curiosity lead. The resource that speaks to you most is usually the right place to start.
