About Anil Chandwani
The origin of
The Reset Code™.
A life devoted to understanding what really changes people.
Living From Within.
Transformation your body can trust and remember.
I am the creator of The Reset Code™ — a method that helps people calm their nervous system, change old patterns at the root, and reclaim the freedom to live from within.
For more than two decades, I have been exploring one question:
Why do intelligent, capable people keep living from patterns they never consciously chose — and how do they become truly free?
That question has taken me everywhere. Through science and somatic work. Through breath and meditation. Through hypnosis and subconscious transformation. Through the wisdom traditions of East and West.
Through my own life — which is where the real education happened.
Where this began
I didn't arrive at this work through a textbook. I arrived through a crisis.
I had built companies. Made money. Achieved what the world told me to achieve. And one day — sitting in the middle of a life that looked successful from the outside — I realised I had no idea who I actually was.
Not who I had been told to be. Not who I had performed being. Who I actually was.
That question — sitting with me in a way I could no longer ignore — became the beginning of everything.

What Changed For Me
The most personal film in the library — finding OSHO Active Meditation, and what happened when I dropped out of my head and into my body.
The journey
The path that followed was not linear. It was honest.
It took me into OSHO Active Meditations — a practice I have now immersed in for more than twenty years. Not as a student passing through. As a practitioner. As a facilitator. As someone who has sat with thousands of people in the moment something releases that they have been carrying for years without knowing it.
The Reset Code is also informed by the work of Stephen Porges, Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, Richard Schwartz, Robert Kegan, Viktor Frankl, and Lisa Feldman Barrett — alongside hypnosis, breathwork, nervous system science, and decades of lived practice. These are influences, not borrowed claims: the method’s four-stage sequence is Anil’s own integration.

It took me into the science of the body — how the nervous system learns, stores experience, and can be helped to shift. Into hypnosis and subconscious change — the art of reaching the pattern beneath the pattern. Into breath — not as a technique, but as a doorway back into the body. Into the wisdom of the East — teachings that understood, long before modern science caught up, that the body and the mind are not separate problems.
And through all of it, one question kept returning: how do you help someone not just understand their patterns — but actually become free of them?
The Reset Code™ is my answer.
What I actually do
I work with people who have already built something. Founders. CEOs. Entrepreneurs. Executives and leaders. High-performing professionals. Serious seekers committed to real transformation.
On the outside, they have achieved. On the inside, something still doesn't add up.
They feel the gap between their external success and their inner experience — the stress that won't leave, the patterns that keep repeating, the sense that they are living from old code instead of from who they really are.
My work is to help them
See the code that has been running the show, calm their system enough to work with it, release what has been held, update the pattern underneath, and live, lead, love, and create from a place that feels more real.

The Founder Who Couldn't Stop
The method shown through a real story — not explained, demonstrated. Exactly what I mean when I say “we go back to where the pattern began.”
Why The Reset Code exists
It exists because I saw the limits of surface change.
Mindset shifts that never reached the body. Insight that never reached behaviour. Techniques that helped for a while but didn't touch what was driving everything underneath.
I kept asking: why does someone understand a pattern completely — and still live it?
The answer is that the pattern is not just something you think. It is something your body learned. Something your nervous system practised. Something your deeper mind took as fact about how life works. So insight alone is rarely enough — because the pattern lives much deeper than that.
I wanted a method that could honour the intelligence behind people's patterns instead of judging them, work with the nervous system rather than against it, meet the subconscious with respect, and turn inner work into something that actually shows up in the ordinary moments of a daily life.
Regulate. Release. Rewire. Realign.
Four stages. One integrated path. Not theory — a way of working that people can actually walk.
The work in the world
This work has been experienced by thousands of people across more than twenty countries.
Through transformational workshops, retreats and meditation holidays, executive and founder mentoring, immersive learning programs, and leadership and corporate work.
From boardrooms in Mumbai and Singapore to meditation floors in Vietnam and India. From founders who couldn't switch off to parents who couldn't stop performing. From leaders exhausted by their own success to seekers who had done everything and still knew there was another layer.
Whether we are in a private session, a small group, or a room full of leaders — the aim is always the same: to help people stop living from inherited patterns and start living from within.
What matters most to me
What matters to me is not how impressive the method sounds. What matters is whether your body feels safer, your relationships feel more honest, your decisions feel clearer, your leadership feels more grounded, and your life feels more like your own.
My deepest joy — after more than twenty years of this work — is still the same. It is the moment someone realises:
“I am not my patterns. I am the one who sees them.”
And watching their life begin to change from that place. Quietly. Surely. From within.

The Moment Everything Shifted
A final word
I had to find my own way back.
Through the conditioning. Through the performance. Through the version of myself I had built for the world.
Back to something quieter. Something more honest. Something that had always been there — underneath everything I had been told to be.
That journey took everything I had. And it gave me something I would not trade for anything.
Real transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you've been beneath the conditioning all along — and giving that self a real chance to lead your life.
If this speaks to you — the simplest way to begin is a conversation.
Find your way back.
